Dear Will and Amber, thank you for your interest in Baron Farms with an article in Mid Columbian. The article was very well done. Great issue all the way around. Thanks again.

PS. Borders in Yakima would be a nice addition to your distribution. They are well aware of Mid Columbian magazine.

Great magazine, very profesionaly done. I own Lionsgate wedding chapel and would be very interested in being a part of a futute article. I think you will find the history of the chapel (1908) and historic home (1906) is very facinating and a valued page in Kennewick’s history.

This is my first encounter with your magazine, and I love what I see. But I have a question regarding Monterosso’s recipe for Grilled Italian Salmon with Mediterranean Linguine. The statement in the recipe directions state: “when the cream has flashes for one minute…….” I consider myself an experienced cook with no formal training, and I read cookbooks for recreation like other folks read novels, but never have I encountered this term. Could someone please explain?

  7. Editor Editor says:

Thank you for your comments! The best way to find the information you are looking for on the Grilled Italian Salmon recipe is to contact the chef at Monterosso’s. He can be reached through their website at http://www.monterossos.com, and should be able to answer all your questions.

  8. I would like to get an event in the Mid-Columbian magazine if possible.
